From 1 September 2014 through 31 August 2015 an innovative project is run during which the COHEsie
HCA service will be collaborating with the other West Flemish HCA services and the East Flemish HCA service to develop a closer cooperation with the Community Institution De Zande.
Our objectives are:
- Development of a structural and substantive cooperation of the West and East Flemish HCA services with GBJ De Zande with regard to under aged perpetrators (before, during and after placement in care).
- More targeted work with regard to the offence in the 3 closed sections of GBJ De Zande by means of expertise sharing and transfer.
- More victim focused work with respect to the offence in the 3 closed sections of GBJ De Zande by means of expertise sharing and transfer.
