Mission
COHEsie organises, within the Kortrijk judicial district and upon referral by the public prosecutor or the juvenile court, restorative and constructive settlement forms (community service, learning project, restorative justice mediation and hergo) for minors who committed an act defined as an indictable offence. Typical of these settlement forms is that they enable youngsters to assume their responsibilities and that they work towards restoration with regard to the victim and society.
